Elaine works at the intersection of storytelling and emerging technology across film, television, music and games, and is based in London.
Most recently she was Business Development Lead for Europe for South Korean company AMAZE, pioneering an innovative VR concert format bringing K-Pop fans front row with their idols in partnership with top record labels including HYBE. From 2020 to 2022 she worked at HTC VIVE, followed by ByteDance (PICO XR) through to 2024 leading global content partnerships and commercial licensing for XR immersive entertainment formats and games, working with a high volume of first and third party studios and publishers to bring commercially viable new immersive formats to audiences.
Her film credits include programming Short Films for the BFI London Film Festival across 7 editions from 2016 to 2022. She is a BAFTA voting member for Film and Games categories, and for the BAFTA Film Awards 2026 she served on the Live Action Short Film Jury.
